Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

  • Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs

  • Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports

  • Work with designers and content creators to develop marketing assets

  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

  • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns

  • Organize promotional events, webinars, and trade shows


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • [1–3+] years of experience in marketing or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital tools

  • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies

  • B2B or B2C marketing experience
